Face Yoga is a gentle, yet highly effective practice that reduces stress, firms and increases tone in the face and neck area, improves blood flow, and can help reduce signs of aging if practiced regularly. It combines exercise, self-massage, and relaxation to work out your face the same way you work out your body. The results are a more energized and radiant appearance.  Nicole McGrath is a fully certified Face Yoga Teacher and Super Trainer through the Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method. She will guide you through an upper and lower face exercise and massage routine while providing tips, techniques and advice. Enjoy a relaxing wellness experience in the comfort of your own home.
